new zealand music month
come may, us kiwi's will be right in to new zealand music month. a month to celebrate and support new zealand music, kiwi artists and give exposure to some exciting up and comers.

i'm still alive! it's been a good month since i last made any updates or added new work, i've been super busy working on a range of interesting projects. hopefully i'll be able to put some of it up here in the coming weeks.

in support of 'Movember' in new zealand 1daytee is hosting a t-shirt competition in which some of the profits from the winning design will go towards highlighting men’s health issues, specifically prostate cancer and depression in men.

so meet 'handlebar jack'. he's a gold miner from way back and is up for voting right now. the intention is that he'd be printed in foil or metallic ink on a black tee. he'd appreciate your support in supporting a good cause, voting closes on october 26.

their unique point of difference is that after you no longer want your shirt you can send it back to them for a 25% store credit.

so i missed the segment on tv's 'good morning' on monday about the Prodesign / Hallensteins / Make-A-Wish NZ t-shirt release, did anyone see it?

i may soon have a small collection of shirts available to the public, details still to be ironed out. an announcement will be made in the next few weeks.

wow!

i was blown away to have my design "make a wish daddi-o" chosen as the winner of the Prodesign / Hallensteins / Make-A-Wish NZ t-shirt competition.

the whole experience of contributing to a good cause and having a design selected by and released alongside some of new zealand's best designers and artists is very exciting.

this will be available in new zealand from hallensteins stores and online from mid-november, $10 from every t-shirt sold will be donated to Make-A-Wish NZ, with each dollar going directly towards making wishes come true for children with life threatening illnesses.

welcome, can i take your order?

i'm slowly making updates to this site.

my powers in the interweb world are reasonably limited, so simple things can be frustrating and take me days to figure out. i'm basically bald from the head scratching i've been doing.

some sections are still out of date and i've got a bit of new art still to put up, so be patient my precious...

actually, it might pay to put the kettle on, i might be a while.
